Employer - Standard Hiring Suppport
01. Scope of Services
The Consultant shall provide the following recruitment services to the Client:
- Candidate sourcing and preliminary screening
- Sharing shortlisted candidate profiles for the Client’s review
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and the Client’s hiring team
- Providing joining support and documentation assistance to selected candidates
The Consultant acts as a recruitment intermediary and does not guarantee hiring outcomes. Selection decisions rest solely with the Client.

03. Mandatory Disclosure of Internal Issues
- High or unusual employee attrition in the relevant department or role
- Salary delays, irregular payment cycles, or deferred payroll
- Organizational instability, restructuring, or role changes
- Role-specific risks, contractual conditions, or non-standard employment terms
Non-Disclosure Consequences
- Damages the Consultant’s credibility with candidates
- Increases candidate drop-off rates at offer and joining stage
- May result in the Consultant suspending services to the Client
The Consultant shall not be held responsible for candidate non-joining or early exit arising from undisclosed internal issues of the Client.
04. Non Circumvention
The Client agrees that:
They shall not directly or indirectly engage, hire, or refer any candidate introduced by the Consultant.
This applies even if the hiring is made through another agency or internal reference.
05. Replacement Policy
- Replacement does not apply if the candidate exits due to undisclosed internal conditions, employer-side policy changes, or salary non-payment.
- No cash refund is applicable under any circumstance.
06. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Candidate profiles, data, and contact details
- Internal business processes of either party
- Commercial terms of this Agreement
Neither party shall share the other’s confidential information with any third party without written consent.
07. Limitation of Liability
The Consultant shall not be liable for:
- Candidate performance after joining
- Any misrepresentation made by the candidate not known to the Consultant
- Employment disputes between the Client and the placed candidate
- Candidate conduct, attendance, or behaviour at the Client’s workplace
08. Termination of Agreement
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days written notice.
- Obligations relating to placed candidates (confidentiality, non-solicitation) survive termination.
- The Consultant may immediately suspend or terminate services without notice if the Client is found bypassing the Consultant to directly engage or rehire candidates sourced through the Consultant.

03. MANDATORY DISCLOSURE OF INTERNAL ISSUES
The Client agrees to disclose, before or during candidate placement, any material internal conditions that may affect candidate joining, retention, or experience, including:
- High or unusual employee attrition in the relevant department or role
- Salary delays, irregular payment cycles, or deferred payroll
- Organizational instability, restructuring, or role changes
- Role-specific risks, contractual conditions, or non-standard employment terms

- Damages the Consultant’s credibility with candidates

- May result in the Consultant suspending services to the Client

05. REPLACEMENT POLICY
- If a placed candidate exits within 90 days of joining due to reasons verifiable as attributable to candidate-side reasons within the Consultant’s operational scope, one replacement profile will be provided at no additional charge.
- The replacement validity period shall remain calculated from the original candidate’s date of joining.
- Replacement is applicable only after full payment clearance against the respective invoice.
- Replacement does not apply if the candidate exits due to undisclosed internal conditions, employer-side policy changes, or salary non-payment.
- Replacement requests must be formally communicated within the applicable replacement validity period.
- No cash refund is applicable under any circumstance.
06. CONFIDENTIALITY
- Candidate profiles, data, and contact details
- Internal business processes of either party
- Commercial terms of this Agreement

10. GOVERNING LAW
Candidate- Career Support Service
01. SCOPE OF SERVICE
- Interview coordination with verified employer companies.
- Structured mock interview and interview preparation assistance before the real interview.
- Up to 4 interview attempts within 60 days from registration.
- Documentation support and joining assistance upon selection.
02. REGISTRATION FEE — (60-Day Multi-Attempt Credit)
The INR 999 registration fee is a service fee — not a job guarantee payment. It covers:
- One structured mock interview with interview preparation assistance and feedback.
- Up to 4 interview scheduling attempts within 60 days of registration.
- If not selected for one role, the Candidate receives priority for the next matching role at no extra registration charge.
- If no suitable role is found within 60 days, the credit expires. No refund applies.
03. PAYMENT TERMS
- The candidate agrees that service fees are applicable towards recruitment coordination, interview assistance, employer access support, and hiring related services provided during the engagement period.
- All payments must be made to the Company’s official bank account only.
- Payment to any individual claiming to represent Jobridge is not authorized.
- If anyone asks the Candidate to pay personally, the Candidate must report it to the Company immediately.
- Registration fees are non-refundable once mock interview assistance or interview coordination process has commenced.
04. CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
- Attend all scheduled interviews on time with required documents.
- Communicate promptly with the assigned Placement Executive.
- Inform the Company of any change in joining decision or job offer.
- Pay applicable fees at each stage as committed.
05. CANDIDATE DEFAULT ON FEES
- The Candidate will be blacklisted from future services.
- Non-payment after availing services may result in service suspension, blacklisting and recovery proceedings as applicable.
- No future interview coordination or assistance will be provided.
06. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE
- Job placement or offer
- Specific salary, role, or employer
- Joining timelines
07. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Salary delays or non-payment by the employer.
- Changes in role or conditions after joining.
- Company policies of the employer.
08. CONFIDENTIALITY
- Job details, salary ranges, or HR contact information shared by the Company.
- Internal process information or company communication.
09. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
- Misrepresentation of information.
- Non-cooperation or repeated absence from scheduled interviews.
- Breach of any clause in this Agreement.
