01. Scope of Services

The Consultant shall provide the following recruitment services to the Client:

The Consultant acts as a recruitment intermediary and does not guarantee hiring outcomes. Selection decisions rest solely with the Client.

02. Service Fees

The Consultant’s recruitment services are provided to the Client at no charge

03. Mandatory Disclosure of Internal Issues

This clause is non-negotiable.
The Client agrees to disclose, before or during candidate placement, any material internal conditions that may affect candidate joining, retention, or experience, including:

Non-Disclosure Consequences

The Consultant shall not be held responsible for candidate non-joining or early exit arising from undisclosed internal issues of the Client.

04. Non Circumvention

The Client agrees that:

They shall not directly or indirectly engage, hire, or refer any candidate introduced by the Consultant.
This applies even if the hiring is made through another agency or internal reference.

The INR 999 registration fee is a service fee — not a job guarantee payment. It covers:

The interview preparation assistance is delivered at the time of the mock interview. Once delivered, Registration charges are non-refundable regardless of interview outcome.
